2 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Ghee

25 gms Chopped Kaju (Cashew nuts)

25 gms Kishmish (Raisins)

1 kg Grated Carrots

Recipe

  1. In a saucepan, mix up milk and carrots. Once it comes to a boil, cook the milk until it dries out over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add MILKMAID and stir occasionally until it dries up.
  3. Cook for a further 10 minutes after adding ghee. Serve the finished dessert after garnishing it with cashew nuts and raisins.

1 cup Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee

Recipe

  1. Clean moong dal thoroughly and then soak it in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind it into a coarse paste.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the dal paste till it is golden brown.
  4. While stirring continuously, add the milk. Cook on low heat until the milk has completely dried up.
  5. Serve with almonds, raisins, and pistachios as garnish.

Ingredients

1/2 Nestlé Everyday Ghee

1 cup (150 ml)Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

5 Chopped Kaju (Cashewnuts)

5 Chopped Badam (Almonds)

1/2 tin Nestlé MILKMAID

1/4 tsp Green Food Colour (Optional)

1 tsp Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

4 cups Finely grated Lauki (Doodhi)

1 tbsp Kishmish (Raisins)

Recipe

  1. Roast cashew nuts, raisins, and almonds in ghee until golden brown.
  2. Add the grated lauki and continue to sauté for a short while.
  3. When the lauki is mushy, add milk and continue cooking. Stir in the green food colouring.
  4. As soon as the liquid begins to thicken, add Nestlé MILKMAID and whisk constantly. Add cardamom powder and stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
